The group is one of the largest mattress manufacturing Group in India, manufacturing Polyurethane Foam, Memory Foam, Rubberized Coir, Bonnell Spring Mattresses, Pocketed Spring Mattresses, Natural Rubber Latex Mattresses and related products. PyareLal Group feels proud to represent itself as the ONLY MANUFACTURER IN INDIA MANUFACTURING ALL TYPES OF MATTRESSES AND HAVING OWN INHOUSE PRODUCTION OF ALL THE RAW MATERIALS REQUIRED TO MANUFACTURE THE MATTRESS EXCEPT THE FABRIC.
35 years ago the Group's first Unit was established in 1982, manufacturing 100% Natural Latex Mattresses. It was the first Unit in North India manufacturing 100% Natural Latex Mattress. The Company efforts to bring international standards of quality, comfort and style, led to enormous growth in Company's reputation as a quality manufacturer of mattresses. Since then the group has been progressing in its business activities across the country.
Later, the Group established itself as a manufacturer of Rubberized Coir Mattresses and Polyurethane Foam in 1991 and 1993 respectively. Further the Group designed their own complete Plant and Machinery for manufacturing Rubberized Coir Sheet/Mattresses, launched their products on a nation-wide basis and established their Units of manufacturing Rubberized Coir mattresses, Polyurethane Foam and Natural Latex Mattresses in Palghat, Kerala (South India) and Mumbai thus declaring itself as a group with one of the largest Mattress manufacturing capacity in India, which can produce more than 4000 mattresses per day.
As on date, Pyare Lal Group to launch their different kind of products on a nation-wide basis establishes.

- Two Units for manufacturing Spring Mattresses (one in Meerut (UP) & one in Palghat (Kerela)).
- Two Units to manufacture Non-woven Fabric in Palghat (Kerela).
- Three unites of Expanded Foam (EPE) (one in Meerut (UP), one in Palghat (Kerela) & one in Mumbai).
- One Unit of Narrow Woven Fabric in Palghat (Kerala)
- One unit of molded foam manufacturing in Palghat (Kerala).
- One unit of LMF coir mattress at Palakkad (Kerala)
- One unit of PVC sheets (for mattress packing) at Palakkad (Kerala)
- Three unites for manufacturing mattresses (one in Meerut (UP), one in Palghat (Kerela) & one in Mumbai).
- Two units of natural rubber latex with a capacity of 10000 latex mattress a month in Walayar (Kerala)
- Two unit of mattress with a capacity of 50000 mattress a month in Walayar (Kerala)
- One felt production unit in gopalapuram (Kerala)
- One knitted fabric unit in Walayar ( Kerala )
- One 1.2 mega watt of solar plant in Kerala
The group has a good infrastructure setup to support the manufacturing of mattresses and related products. The group has over 10,00,000 Sq ft of constructed building area where over 1000 workers are working at different units and locations. Apart from the manufacturing business PL Group is also into constructed and real estate development business. It has also constructed and developed Multiplex Project – PVS Mall at Meerut and GG Mall at Saharanpur are two it’s Multiplex Projects.
